For the Tasha Tudor collector who has everything, we are pleased to release four signed titles from our archives this holiday season. The books now available include The Night Before Christmas, Corgiville Christmas, Tasha Tudor's Garden, and The Tasha Tudor Cookbook. While supplies last.
Many, many people were first introduced to Tasha through her Christmas cards. For 30 years, she illustrated at least ten new cards each year and this large body of work overflows with heartwarming family celebrations, wonder at nature, New England villages, children with animals and more.
As mentioned in our last email, we are offering six out-of-print titles from our archives this holiday season. The signed titles now available include The Dolls' Christmas, Give Us This Day, The Lord is My Shepherd, Drawn from New England and The Springs of Joy. The sixth title is The Private World of Tasha Tudor, unsigned copies only. Supplies limited.
Over twenty years ago, we started this family business with six new art prints and a collection of hard-to-find used books. Our business continued and every time I came across a new-to-me title, the treasure in my hands glowed with a beckoning joy. Within a few years, I was fortunate to have held a copy of each of Tasha’s nearly 100 titles which stretched all the way back to a 1938 first edition Pumpkin Moonshine.
The next episode of From Tasha's Forest: Summer Adventure Begins airs August 22 in Japan on NHK at 6:30 pm. The summer forest is a wonderland full of discoveries. Blooming flowers, migratory butterflies and mysterious mushrooms.
We continue to celebrate the two new puppies, Bella and Paddington, who are settling in with Marjorie and Seth Tudor. In the puppy's honor, we've released new items to share the joy. Our new plush corgis and new puppy stickers have all the cuteness with none of the housebreaking, training, or sharp puppy teeth.
An upcoming new episode in the "From Tasha's Forest" series called "Looking Forward to Christmas" airs on the Japanese network NHK, on December 20 and 26, 2020.
An upcoming new documentary airs on NHK ETV November 1, 2020. A previous 2017 film, The Stillwater Story, is now available for streaming on Hulu in Japan.
In 1994, Tasha Tudor, writer Tovah Martin and photographer Richard Brown created the inspiring book Tasha Tudor’s Garden. It followed Tasha through her beloved garden over the course of a year from snowdrops to tulips and frosted rose hips to greenhouse camellias in deep winter and has spread the gardening bug among anyone who lost themselves in the pages.
